Not good. Government uses paranoia to expand power.
If the bill had included the clause, "provided that the parties involved in wiretapping was approved by a FISA court", I would agree to the indemnification. The FISA court gives you 72 hours after the fact to get a warrant. But since both parties agreed to this, shows you the game of good cop, bad cop they play on the public. In their case, bad senator, worse senator. Vote out all the scumbags.
