I agree with Mr. Muglia....
My IT experience with MS is not frustration but rather amusement:) It's easy for me cause I work exclusively with Macintosh, and leave the PC stuff to my co-workers. I am greatly amused with all the patching and the complaints that I hear about how long it takes to do, and how certain patches seem to mess up MS Office and how they have to re-install office after patching...hee hee hee.

I go around work saying "Patches!?! We don't need no stinking PATCHES!"
