I said it's a start... There is almost ZERO on the books for ID victims... and what little there is has no funding or teeth to help... There isn't a bill going through Congress that doesn't have it's good and bads... But ID theft is so out of hand... and apparently you aren't caught up in it... or you would understand that once you're caught up in it... you are screwed.. and no one to help!
