Let's see. You want to get restitution from a drug addict ID thief that doesn't pay his bills, steals for a living I'm sure you'll find that 5-10K sitting in his checking or savings account. Or you could put a lien on his house opps it's not his house he stole somebodies identity to buy it along with that new SUV and Big Screen TV etc. Wake up people it's another politician double talk bill that does absolutely nothing. Now if they would take on the banks but noooooooooooo that's where they get their money from the lobbyist. Wake up they really don't care if they did they would get the banks to do it right.
