I agree!

Infected sites should be listed for the reason specified by RickMan.

Malicious sites must be listed so IT managers/professionals can block access to these sites until Microsoft and anti-virus companies will catch up.

BTW - With all due respect to all Linux, Mozilla, Netscape and other platforms and browsers, and while I don't particularly like Microsoft myself too much (for many reasons), Microsoft and its products are (by far) dominating the Windows market. You can sneer, mock and put down Microsoft and its products, but it's still the company everyone else needs to beat and/or compete with...
