Code Red - Servers were patched , plus the .idq extention which code red exploited was disabled to begin with. I did notice a TON of Sun boxes hitting my server during the code red days - did you know that the Sadmind/IIS worm left a nice little root shell on the Solaris Boxes it infected?

Blaster - Patched, IPSEC policies mitigated this one anyway.

Slammer - Patched, MSSQL was running as a restricted account, and IPSEC policies didn't allow connections to the server from anyone except one host who required a shared key to connenct.
