My rep and I doubt the validity of your posts. What 3rd party product are you referring to? What version of IIS is it? We run IIS 6.0 with patches 887452,889123,567214,569814,987312,256772,323222 and we never have issues. Some people I know only use patches 998782,187423,434212 and might have an issue unless they remember to deploy 912165.
