Depends on the tye of scam they are running at the given moment. FWIW, there are scammers in Austrailia, the UK, US, Holland, etc, and they all have one thing in common: They are all criminals and will scam anyone anywhere without the slightest hesitation or remorse.

This is just a drop in the bucket. I talked with one victim that had sent $150,000 to them and was about to send $50,000 more before I intercepted him...
