They forget England. I actually kept a scammer on the hook for three weeks, receiving phone calls from England, Nigeria and Canada. They were not acting alone but as a well coordinated group. When I tired of taking calls, I told them I knew of the scam. Four months later I began getting new Emails, got one this morning and one yesterday. These weak efforts may make a small dent but will not stop the scam.
