I knew this years ago ---
--- when I created a new screen name for a summer visitor, at least a dozen really objectionable ads showed up immediately. AOL swore that it was "spiders" that find the names. Yeah - right! In seconds???? I knew it was AOL selling the new screen names. Later, when I complained about the objectionable porno spam, an AOL spokesman told me that "that is what most people want from the Internet, what is wrong with you". I don't do business with them any more.
