It would be cool if we could come up with some appropriate sentence for identity theft.

For example, you could make everyone guilty of the crime live with the exact same name and identity (make it obvious: "Mr. Identity Thief") for the rest of their lives. They would all have to work together to ensure their name was as clear as possible, or all sink together into the mire forever.

Or, you could sentence them to random (negative) occurences to their identity for a period of time. So, at random intervals, their credit cards get cut up or the police show up at their door to arrest them, and they have to get out of the situation.

Or how about just making them live as a deceased person for a while? I understand that's a difficult situation to dig yourself out of.
