Guess I lost the meaning along the way...
I feel I am in control of my computer and some of my AV/antispyware gets a false positive once in a blue moon. When I get in contact with both vendors the issue is always resolved. They seem genuinley interested in solving the issue on both sides of the fence; seems like a good business model to me.

I know - I just don't get it! I tend to take sarcasm literally too much of the time.
