Be careful!
Although it's tempting to target the sypware, adware, and spamming miscreants, they do have some protected rights. What you're suggesting may seem just, but you have no more right to interfere with their computers than they have to interfere with yours. Let's try to avoid double-standards and electronic vigilantism, and let the experts like Kaspersky and the courts protect us. DOS attacks against Zango and their ilk could actually provide them with exactly the kind of legal ammunition they are looking for.
