Spyware should be a felony
If someone broke into my house (computer) and placed
a camera inside to monitor what I do (spyware), and
taped my phone conversations, aka criminal
wiretapping (recording my internet interactions) that
company has committed multiple felonious acts, with a
maximum sentence of 20 years per offense.

Spyware vendors should be prosecuted as the criminals
that they are and the sooner that congress starts to
understand that these acts are analogous to current
criminal laws, the sooner the courts can prosecute
these companies.
