You don't and never have had absolute free speech rights. With freedom comes responsibility.

Most of the companies are responsive to false positives, but there is at least one popular, fairly well-known US based company that is not, and just so happens to be against a module of a product that competes against one of its not-to-popular products. The anitspyware product prevents the user from even being able to try using the product (makes the product appear to not work).

It's not uncommon for software using common installers/protection packages to be flagged as some spyware variation. But they need to be held accountable for failing to deal with false positives in a timely manner.
