I read the terms and there is nothing wrong with what he posted! There is no defamitory, derogatory or insulting statement made. He is not slurring any one particular individual. In essence he made a comment to the effect that if you actaully had a clue, would mean: (this is how I translated the above comment)

"Microsoft needs to be more pro-active in fixing thier current software security model instead of offering pretty eye candy!"

So what is wrong with his post exactly? What is the exact issue you have with it that you can justify your comment with the terms of use? I am really curious.
