Whenever one asks a question that hasn't been solved it creates a conflict. Conflicts create opportunities of growth. So who's growing? That is a basic human inalienable fact. Whether you want to look at it ethically, philosophically and even economically, it's a lose-lose situation. Microsoft's Bill Gates says that we should take the H1B cap off. He's right. We should take it off and put a seal on it! Corporations save money and those savings went to the stockholders. Now we who live in the states only know business. how about math? science! all knowledge! India graduates 144,000 engineers a year. What is that compared to the proportion USA generates a year? What will it take for us to wake up??? Why not refurbish the educational system? why not evaluate their educational methods? The Japanesse don't have grades. they have levels to climb from kinder and up. Its in the very roots of our upbringing where we are making the foolish mistake. USA couldn't meet the demand for young IT professionals, its not the genes baby, its the education! What has changed in the Education of USA? (nothing) Computers in classrooms will only guarantee END-USERS
