It's not just Sony...
"Sony has forgotten to care about their customers. They have become obsessed with CONTROLLING their customers." - It's pretty much all of the major corporations. It's all about profit at any cost. And you, me and Joe next door don't matter when it comes to our satisfaction and treatment, so long as those few stock holders are happy and profits are up. No matter the cost.

Wal-Mart
IBM
Hewlett Packard
Ford
GM
Sony
Microsoft
Red-Hat

and the list is much larger than what I posted here. Until the consumer wises up and demands with their $$$ better quality and treatment (customer service) the corps will continue to abuse. devil
