Dont understand this
The internet is supposed to be composed so that no single aspect can be deteriorated. A server takes 'client requests,or exists to 'serve the client. Servers 'balance requests . So I dont see that having a bandwidth problem at that concept would be considered the pallet of a bot attack (simply overloading the 'balance of requests).

I guess that that is what the situation pertains to as far as the DNS servers that are being utilized. It is a central depository, but there are so many web addresses that it seems strange only a few sites would exibit,or be able to be pulled to exhibit an 'overloaded server system.

Microsoft,apple,google,.. and whoever else, say there are 100,000 zombie 'botts out there that try to access the sites via the program installed (e.g access x site at x time). If it is merely to overload,as in 'bandwidth so that the system cannot ascert its strength of 'serving the clients - think information overload. Why would this be a big deal. Merely accesing to display the sites main webpage doesn't seem to be something of clarvoiance to another type of client request. Command of somekind, download of somekind. Data request of somekind.

I got a magnet on the refrigerator ya know. There is a spybot program,a firewall, antivirus, on the computer. Outbound information is stopped at the firewall. Memory, hardrive, video - not a whole lot to respect for being considerate of client.

If the botts aren't considerate. Whats the computer to say then.?

-just talking.
