remember a company called netscape?
they had a strong dominant position till another product undercut their sales and was bundled with a monopoly OS...

while the service might be a paid service, if the serive is the same price (or less) and is already included with windows, what incentive will there be to get a different one?

if on the other hand, they simply release "MS AV" as an indipendant product that is nto bundled with windows, i don't really see a problem with that.. but i also don't see a point...
