Here's A Thought
Fix the OS so virii, trojans, worms, et. al. can't propagate, infect, etc. Granted, that would put companies like Symantec and Norton out of business or at least make them much less profitable. However, it would make computing so much easier, safer and better.

It is ironic to think that MS, the reason for the exploits in the first place, wants to make money from anti-virus software that might stop those exploits. It like if I owned a windows shop, the glass kind, and sold you a defective window that broke every now and then and then came back to provide a security guard so no one could enter your home through my defective in the first place window.
