ClamAV
ClamAV open source anti-virus requires cygwin, which Microsoft is still talking about stamping out. I'm planning to try it out on XP64 today, as my employer's site licensing for McAfee prevents running that on XP64. ClamAV would be running under the wow64 interface, as would any current commercial AV.
