Well, not really
Unless you wish to accuse them for making computers simple and easy for everyone to use.
Although, I don't happen to have any spyware on my Linux box, and my FreeBSD systems, I could easily still be a moron and give out my info via email. I don't think there are any blocks against that on any platform.
Here's a good idea though. DON'T GIVE OUT THAT INFORMATION, TO ANYONE.
