It's not flaw just the wrong tool for the job
Microsoft never designed thier OS for security. Security was an after though. Windows was designed for ease of use and that proved extremely successful. User HATE security and user are the ones who buy computers. If Microsoft were trying to sell to us tech then they would be selling a secure product.

So use the right tool for the job. If you need secure then you use something that can be secured. If you want easy to use then use something that is easy to use. If you want easy to use and secure then stop dreaming as it won't happen the two are complete opposites. Like day and night, you can't have both. You have to sacrafice a little of one to get a little of the other.
