Stupidest, Least Practical Idea I've ever Heard: I am ashamed to have my tax dollars used thus. What exactly do they think they're
achieving?

Try this: Find some ******** porn site (as depraved as you like). Go to work,
where you presumably have internet filters like this. Go to Google Translate
(http://translate.google.com/). Put the porn site's address in the site bar, and
specify that you wish to translate this site from Portuguese to English.

Ta-daa!

There are a million tricks like this, and your kids know them all.
