Remember states
hiding the code is not a good idea and if justice is to fairly rule on the full status of the accused, the govt may have to punish a delay or no show by the mfr (but when has justice been just?). Hopefully, if it does get turned over for review, someone didn't take the time to 'correct' what they thought might be the legal flaw in its coding during a 'delay' in decision.

Do as they say, not as they do . . . hmmm
