That says it all. Somehow I can't imagine that this guy is that full of integrity. But back to the fun:

Q: What is the aim of the antivirus reward program?

Bwahahaha!! Well, I'll tell you Roger. It's to make it seem as though Microsoft gives a crap about security. We have no real interest in actually fixing the REAL problem, which is our crappy software, because that would require something we don't have: skill. But look for us to sic more law enforcement thugs and attorneys on any mofos who get in our way. After all, the entire industry belongs to Microsoft, and we can't see why anyone would have a problem with that..
