As opposed to the EULA flaw?
"Adware firm uses IE flaws to spread pop-up toolbar"

This is as opposed to the EULA flaw that most of them use? Knowing full well that nobody reads the EULA, they offer a free widget, then bury the 'in exchange for your privacy' in the small print.

Unless they say up front, "free widget, except it tracks your internet use" they're all just as bad.
