good point but 2 counters.....
1. you have to know you are infected before they get the info they want.

2. You can achieve the same thing with BartPE running FF or IE, although BartPE is defiantly easier to penetrate than a live CD since you are running as root from the get go, and you can't change it.

and a 3rd one just for fun, even a live CD needs storage for user files. I mean you do want to save something right? seams like a good opportunity for a worm.

But back to the original point, if this concernes you stay off the net when breaking the law.
