but the linux crowd would contend that a million plus eyes being able to comb through the code (not necessarily all of them doing so) would be able to quickly spot the flaws in the code and provide a faster solution to its woes. Some could argue that the ease of peer review would equally enable a hacker to do the same except in this case, exploit instead of patch.
