Benjamin Franklin...
...said, ?Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.?

Homeland Security, DNA sampling, Smart ID's and other means of Tracking American Citizens is doing just this. All of these ARE against the Constitution, yet they are being defended as if they ARE Constitutional. It is amazing how our Federal Judges are misinterpreting the Constitution for Kickbacks; whether for more power or money.

Our Forefathers would be appalled at the database being kept for those that are considered convicted felons. They wrote that once a person paid their debt to society (whether monetarily, in prison or other means), he (or she) is free to try to become an exemplary citizen without the cloud of past conviction hanging over their head.

Our Forefathers even created a National Homeland Security called the Militia. Bright and bold in the 2nd Amendment in the Bill of Rights. Yet, the Gestapo-like Homeland Security was create BEFORE 9/11 but couldn't be implemented until an event like 9/11 occurred. In fact, it is believed the beginnings of the creation of Homeland Security began when Clinton was still in office. And, when 9/11 was allowed to occur, Homeland Security was put into effect seamlessly and effortlessly. Talk about planning for a Rainy day.

Our Forefathers even guaranteed that ALL American Citizens can travel within the U.S. without need of Special Papers, Identifications or Licenses. Yet, we have Social Security Cards, Drivers' Licenses and other ID's we MUST have to live and travel within the U.S. All began in the era of WWII. FDR was the First President to recognize the usefulness of Gestapo tactics, but he isn't the last.

I personally don't like firearms, but our Forefathers also put into effect the best way to protect Citizens from Terrorism. Again, in the 2nd Amendment of the Bill of Rights. This would have protected us from foreign Terrorism and Domestic Terrorism (especially terrorism that is coming directly from our own government). 9/11 could have been stopped before it began if Honest, Law Abiding Citizens were allowed to carry arms as our Forefathers wanted. Just as the Citizens that stopped the Plane flying over PA, the others could have been stopped before the planes even approached the Twin Towers or the Pentagon. And, armed citizens would be able to help keep home-based terrorism down. Today's armed criminals are no more than terrorist as they have the guns and we don't.

In another 10 - 20 years, 70% of the U.S. Citizens will be processed convicted Felons if we keep allowing the Government to whittle more of our Freedoms for Security. Both we are losing and have lost. And, we deserve it. Especially because of DNA Sampling, Smart IDing and other technical tracking devices.

And, databases that track criminals just proves that the 8 Countries that support this are no longer Free or Just. They are creating a business to make people into career criminals and to created a 2nd class of Citizenry that will no longer have any Rights or Freedoms as framed in the Constitution, Magna Carta and other Great Documents created down the Centuries.
