Why These apex Law enforcement Agencies do not sponsor projects pertaining to development of proof of concept for fighting Cyber Crime and allied technologies like digital forensics,cryptography...

I have a reason. I am running around pillar to post for a sponsor to fund a project of mine pertaining to thwarting Camcorder recording at theaters and P2P Networks.

Everyone claiming to be policing anti piracy accept the feasibility of the project. But no help from these bodies.

All these Organization want "WANT:. They do no to have any policy of giving back the community interested in assisting by way of technologies.
