I do something similar
on my OSX box because I can and know how. That said, really, do you know how silly what you wrote reads?

I'm tired of spending my time and efforts to just thwart the "bad guy's" attempts to use my computers or those which I'm responsible for for illegal and illicit activities.

I think it's about time to start bringing these people down and making them pay dearly. Time and time again we take down source servers, at our expense, that are used to do what this news article reads to find out every time that the "bad guy's" get off scott free or cannot be found. This has to end.

Not one time have these attempts on us actually done harm to us as it pertains to computer security however the PR damage is just as harmful and in some aspects more so.

The defensive approach has not worked. It's time to take the offense.
