In the UK..
they take it seriously if there is ANY site insighting violence.

1.If there is a racist site on the UK web then they will prosecute.
2.Just because they don't have a law called "freedom of speech" doesn't mean that the citizen is not protected.
3.The rights of everyone in the EU are protected equally.
