Peeping Taiwanese Trojan author is arrested

How is this any differnt than downloading a copy...: ...of the anarchist handbook off the net. So you take a read of that virus code paste it into a VBS script and let it go. So you take a read on how to make pipe bombs from stuff under your kitchen sink and you paste that together too. What's the differnce here?

On another point here. What about copyright infringement. If I write virus and you copy it from my site releasing it then technically you mass distributing a copyright protected work.
