Is it possible this is how..
Is it possible this is how SCO IP ended up in Linux as SCO claims? Consider that no one seems to know who contributed this code. Supposedly it was snuck in under someone else's name and the ONLY REASON it was spotted was because of the flaw.

If the flaw had not been there it could have quite easily ended up in the base code and no one would have the faintest idea how it got there.

Claims that stolen IP can not end up in Linux seem pretty hollow right about now.
