did you notice the part where i said something about the value was supposed, hypothetically, to prevent malicious deflation, but failed to?
your case is about someone using it just the way it was meant to be, NOT exploiting a flaw in the value to do so.

basic principal, if someone exploits a MISTAKE in MS code (like the many buffer issues) to do harm to you, MS needs to be held atleast partially accountable for their mistake.
