This certainly would not apply to internet email. FIRST, regular mail is run by the government - the internet is NOT and can not by its very nature. Second, regular letters are 'sealed'. Internet email is the most insecure method of sending information. Seems like NO ONE understands that. Email is sent through the system as CLEAR TEXT that anyone can read at ANYTIME at ANY POINT during the transmission of the message. It's more like writing a letter and not putting the paper in an envelope. The letter could easily be read by any person handling that piece of paper.

I say that Google has the right to offer what ever services they WANT. Free from any state or government interference. If you don't liek the service then simply don't use it. Usually the ones that ***** that loudest, are the ones that don't and won't use it. Boils down to one thing -- they want to control what OTHER PEOPLE can do and it never has anything to do with themselves.
