What turnip truck were you push off of?: Riiigghhtt Da-Man. ZDNet has always been a paragon of accurate, non-partisan information regarding Apple.

Where are these numerous OS flaws and how have has Apple been deceptive to its customers? Where is the information Apple denied customers hardware upgrades for hard drive problems? How exactly is Apple "hiding in the corner with all their issues"? Why exactly is Apple's unwillingness to budge on iPod prices somehow a negative issue?
