Earth, you should visit there some time

---They recently denied customers hardware upgrades when
they had a hard drive failure---

First off, my post was in reference to the above post claiming
Apple had denied that this particular flaw existed, which was
never the case.

Apple has had some dodgy hardware issues as of late, but
they've generally come through (see the replacements for white
spotted powerbook screens, or the iBook repair program).

---Apple has downplayed numerous OS flaws and been
deceptive to its customers about software patches.---

I want specific references on this. I want quotes from Apple
showing them doing any of the above. Otherwise, I think you're
full of it.

---They have been unwilling to budge on the price of their
iPod---

Okay, now this is funny. They have the best selling music player
on the planet, and you're really mad because they won't drop the
price? Why should they? They can't make enough minis to meet
demand, so they should lower their price? Where did you go to
business school? Or are you just sad because you can't afford
one?
