Guilt by association

The problem is that your visit is being recorded because of an assumption that EVERYONE who visits that site IS doing something illegal.

Look at that substitute teacher who was convicted of sex crimes because she booted a PC which had been hijacked to pop up porn sites. She did nothing wrong, yet faced something like FORTY YEARS IN PRISON because of an association with a borrowed, infected computer -- and a prosecuting attorney who wanted to take the case as far as it would go.

The problem is never what a law or court order was INTENDED to do, the problem is what people can MAKE it do.
