First off, please try to write clear, coherent sentences (not intended for you to take offense, but I had some difficulty interpreting what you had to say).

Nope. You can buy the OEM version.. not sure if you get the same level of support from Microsoft, but personally I havn't found that useful (their public newsgroups are much better.. and a lot less hostile to newbies than Linux ones).

Because 64 bit support will be coming within a year, I believe.. and the performance today is comperable or exceeds that of processors made by Intel (except in a few tasks, such as media encoding.. where Intel beats AMD handily).
