Just roll over and take it?
I think an example should be made of this guy, to send a message to the 10 potential guys ready to jump into his place. For all the damage he has caused, take EVERYTHING from him and shoot for death row. And detail everything he goes through on the news every night. Let others like him know what they will get if they are caught. The money loss and pain and suffering he has caused is beyond measure. Your answer is that there is no answer, so just look the other way and invite him over for dinner? It didn't do no good to arrest him so why bother? This man should get everything it is possible to give him, and all his buddys should be shaking in their shoes running off to China to keep it from happening to them!
