This is what we should expect
The DEA is a rogue agency. Its entire purpose and practice abrogates both the spirit and letter of the Bill of Rights. It should surprise no one that its malignancy metatasizes to local police agencies. Anyone who imagines that preventing people from obtaining marijuana is a legitimate object of the criminal law is ignorant and deluded. Anyone who thinks that this end justifies warrantless searches and seizures is insane. We live in a loony bin.
