Warrantless search
My opinon is that it needs to be decided on a case by case basis. In this case it was not warranted since they had the phones and it was a drug bust. If there were reason to believe that the safty of another person/persons were involved then it would be justified (ex. they reasonably believe that the arrestee has ordered the shooting of another person)
