Totally agree!
I found that, anytime there's a problem with a single Symantec product, their stock answer is "uninstall every Symantec product and reinstall." That wouldn't be SO bad if a single uninstall program of theirs worked properly. When you try to reinstall, you get some message saying you can't install because it's already installed...blah, blah. And I used to be a faithful Symantec customer (NIS2004, NSW2004, NIS2005, NSW2005...now ZoneAlram).
