You put "power to tax" in front of just about any "human" and they're going to abuse it. Every single form of government in human history demonstrates this. Switching around the balance of power will result in no change whatsoever.

Unfortunately, the best we've been able to manage is to cripple and fragment the government so that it continually fights with itself.

bottom line: fvck everyone. greedy slobs.
