Mr. Scelson seems to think he should be REWARDED for obeying the law. Based on that reasoning, each and everytime I drive at or below the speed limit on a highway the government should send me a check.
Mr. Scelson seems to think that he has a RIGHT to send unsolicited messages to our email addresses. What a pile of garbage. If he is so interested in sending his advertising, he can do so via snail mail. The post office delivers junk mail to me everyday. He is simply trying to avoid the cost of postage and printing.
There is little question in my mind that Can-Spam needs to be modified to require email recipients to opt-IN instead of opt-OUT. Such a provision would end Mr. Scelson's whining for good. - Posted by: vferrara Posted on: 05/21/04 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
