"Stupid" kids vs. Techies
" ...Thus making techs scramble like idiots to patch as soon as these holes are detected. It?s a race against the clock to see who can get done first. The script kiddies or the techs. ....

I cannot understand how is it possible that STUPID kids can whip up (unsphisticated) viruses/worms which can infect to SUCH a DRAMATIC DEGREE the "intelligent" s/w that the techies write.

Who is the intelligent here? I am affraid not the people who so fervently select, promote and stick to all this "intelligent" piece s/w.

I guess with a dozen more public "Proclamations Against our Enemies" by Ballmer people will start feeling secure and cozzy using their beautiful desktops.

In all fairness, the WORST enemy of MS is MS itself. It is the lack of any decent standards in writing s/w and conducting business.

But ofcourse they will go as far as they can get away with. No negative feedback and they will continue their ways.
