who else would force a mass upgrade but the incumbent ?
So every single router on the entire planet must be upgraded at the exact same time, or everything will blow up. That makes sense. Did Cisco come up with this one too?

Nice guys huh? On Thurday, next week, insert the little chip in slot "J" and agree to this per packet fee structure or refuse to upgrade and suffer the consequences ... na, they couldn't do that ....
